Creation of the Digital Region Campus on the site of the former headquarters of the Rhône-Alpes Region in the municipality of Charbonnières-les-Bains near the city of Lyon.
Programmatic distribution between 3 large complexes naturally linked together associated with a rich landscape intervention:
- Common and shared functions (Agora): hall, reception, meeting, conference, exhibition, services, management.
- Tertiary platforms (Lacombe): education, training, common premises.
- Technical platforms (Bat Nord): companies, fab-lab, co-working, atrium, relaxation.
- Outdoor facilities: outdoor-working, forecourt, squares, gardens and walks with varied atmospheres.
This equipment is dedicated to form new digital professions in relation to companies in the sector and provides for the major restructuring of existing buildings and the creation of a new link building, in order to constitute a single ERP building.
The main building is associated with 2 independent smaller and off-centered buildings: Amphitryon with a tertiary vocation and the reception building at the South entrance of the site, all on a vast landscaping redeveloppement offering accessible gardens and place. Intervention on the existing consists in a global redevelopment of interior floors, the creation of new facades or the rehabilitation of existing facades, the creation of new vertical circulation and the vertical spatial opening of reception halls or atriums in double or triple height.
